TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
BOOKINGS
Please attend your appointments with product free / undamaged nails (bruises/ infection/ broken/ bitten).
If you are unsure if your nails are damaged please send an Instagram DM photograph of your nails.
Due to the the products used by other nail technicians and shops, we are unable to offer take-off or infills for sets that have been done by other nail technicians.
DEPOSITS
All bookings are subject to a 50 percent non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. Refunds may be possible if change or cancellation occurs due to the fault of The Nail Tip.
The deposit will be deducted from the total price of your service.
Please pay the remaining balance by bank transfer on the day.
LATENESS
A 5 minute grace period is offered for lateness if you notify us in advance.
Anything between 10 - 20 minutes will incur a £15 charge.
Anything after 20 minutes your booking will be cancelled.
HOUSE RULES
No guests, no plus ones, no extras, no children. There is limited space available.
Due to COVID-19 regulations we will not be accepting “double” bookings unless specified in the package selected.
PREMIUM BOOKINGS
Any appointments before the hours of 10am and after 18:00pm are classified as premium booking and will incur additional charges.

COVID 19
Please note that if you have any of the COVID symptoms, you will need to let us know at your earliest convenience, we may be able to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
Hands will be sanitized on arrival.
Please refrain/limit the use of phones during your appointment.
By booking you agree to all policies. Failure to comply with the policies will result in cancellation & loss of deposit.
